BORN in Norwalk, Connecticut in 1950, Bill began his practice of law in 1975 in southwestern Connecticut. Bill represented Connecticut and New York Metropolitan area real estate developers, banks, entrepreneurs and homeowners in all phases of real estate and business transactions and litigation. Since moving to New Mexico in 1984, Bill's practice has expanded to include representing clients in litigation of disputes over business and real estate transactions, including real estate purchase and development, real estate contracts, foreclosures and lender liability issues, and disputes concerning business purchases and financing, business agreements and family law litigation.

IN 32 years of practicing real estate and business law, Bill has never lost sight of the importance of keeping the client fully informed about their case and developing an eye for detail while at the same time focusing on the bottom line, including whether of not litigation will be cost productive.

BILL has been a faculty member for numerous CLE Seminars on foreclosures, real estate and lender liability issues.
