![]() Mark M. Rhodes mmr@rspcnm.com BORN in Hartford Connecticut, Mark formed his first business before finishing college and, upon finishing law school, opened a number of restaurants. DURING Mark's 30 years of practice, his reputation for practical business solutions has emerged in his law practice style where he has assisted business and real estate clients from their inception and gone to Court to protect them when necessary. Mark has litigated or argued a diverse series of issues including wrongful death cases, malpractice cases, sexual harassment and discrimination claims, a variety of real estate development issues, buying, selling, and leasing liquor licenses and related businesses, and fairness doctrine cases involving broadcasts by NBC. During his free time Mark enjoys skiing with his son, photography, and loves to be near the ocean as often as possible. | ADMITTED to the Nebraska Bar in 1977 and the New Mexico Bar in
1983. ADMITTED to practice before the U.S. District Court in New Mexico, Nebraska and Colorado as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. GRADUATED from Creighton Law School in 1976. EARNED a B.A. in history from University of Connecticut in 1972. LECTURER: Wrongful Discharge and Landlord-Tenant Law in New Mexico. CONCENTRATION: Trial practice, business matters, real estate aquisition and development, and liquor license law. |
